What currency are prices shown in?

All prices on our website are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars).


When will my order be shipped?

All Cocomma items are made to order and shipped directly from Korea once your order is placed.

Processing time: typically 3–5 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier services

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are carefully curated from Korea and shipped directly from Korea to your address.

This allows us to avoid overproduction and focus on quality and thoughtful selection.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

We only accept returns if:

The item is faulty, or the incorrect item was sent

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including clear photos of the issue.

Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are only issued where a replacement is not possible.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped from Korea, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:  support@cocomma.com.au

We are unable to make changes once the order has been processed.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


How can I choose the right size?

Detailed size charts are available on each product page.

As Korean sizing may differ from Australian sizing, we strongly recommend checking measurements carefully before ordering.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.


My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
